POSITION:

Technical Sales Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Establish the technical needs of customers and suggest appropriate products.  Explain complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable.  Follow up with customers and resolve any issues.  Keep customers informed about new technological products.  Compile proposals and reports related to technical products.  Ensure that sales targets are consistently met.  Provide sales reports to management.  Update records of customer communications and contact information.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s in Information Systems Management, or Management.  4 years experience in job offered or 4 years experience as Technical Sales Engineer, Demand Planning Manager or Director, or any suitable combination of experience/education/training.
