Software Developer

This role is required to design and develop the integrated platform for OTT (Over The Top) service ecosystem. Utilize experience of software technologies like Android API, Python, Node.js, D3 and Javascript.

Required Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or a related field with 6 years of work experience.

Broader programming technologies such as Python, Node.js, D3 , Javascript, HTML, XML, JSON, JQuery, SOAP, AJAX, Javascript (including modern Javascript libraries), Adobe Flex, Java, JSP, SQL, iOS API and Android API.

Job Duties

• Development, testing and deployment of web servers which will serve the health information to users through a dynamic web page.
• Design, development and testing of Android applications using Google TV platform.
• Communicate effectively with customer, account team and other internal stakeholders on overall testing and project status
• Design and development of platform layer for Google Widevine DRM technology.
• Interaction with third-party vendors to understand problems and provide solutions.
• Validation and certification of third-party software.
• Continuous interaction with backend systems to identify API changes/feature changes and implement mitigation solutions.
• Testing features in all devices including Android, IOS, Roku devices.
• Use monitoring scripts to keep track of health of all system nodes.
• Log monitoring for identifying issues.
• Miscellaneous activities as assigned.
