Network Architect

Requirement:

Master’s or Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Networking, Information Technology or Electronics Engineering along with minimum 6 years of work experience in networking field..

Job Description:

Within the office, takes responsibility for the Network, Server and Storage infrastructure additionally providing governance, policies, procedures, standards and oversight to the systems integration and partners.

Responsible for ensuring all virtualization hosts within the data center(s) conform to the same standard configurations and driver / firmware levels that are in line with best practices.

Analyzing the existing customer IT and proposing Network, Security and Unified Communication solutions, using best practices and latest technologies.

Well versed in IPSEC, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, Multi-link Point2Point, DHCP, SNMP, TCP, UDP

Experience designing, implementing, supporting and maintaining enterprise firewalls and services.

Detailed technical experience in the installation and operation of IP Routers Switches and Firewalls. This includes hands-on operation of management tools and network analyzers.

Experience in configuration and administration of firewall features such as security policies /url filtering/APP-ID/User-ID/Threat prevention profile / Site-site VPN /Global protect.

Experience with network security and networking technologies and with system, security, and network monitoring tools

Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols.

The ability to function in a team environment and recognize and take on tasks with self-direction as well as the ability to take direction from the customer, account team, and Advanced Services Management.

The ability to spearhead network engineering project planning, design, implementation, and coordination in a professional, accurate and timely manner.

Ensure high network availability and optimal network performance; initiating network research, design and planning to enhance the network reliability and capability, planning large-scale network projects, and recommending network architectures that support the company’s strategic directions.

Detailed understanding of the protocols surrounding IP networks. These skills should generally include:

• • Routing protocols: BGP, (MP-BGP, iBGP, eBGP), OSPF, IS-IS, EIGRP.
  • Extensive experience with BGP policies/attributes and peering points.
  • VPN technologies including: GETVPN, SSLVPN and FlexVPN, Site to Site VPN.
  • Switching: Spanning Tree (RSTP, PVSTP, MSTP), Link Aggregation (LACP), Stacking, VSS, MC-LAG, VXLAN, EVPN,
