Network Architect

Requirement:

Master’s or Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Networking, Information Technology or Electronics Engineering along with minimum 6 years of work experience in networking field.

Job Description:

• Within the office, takes responsibility for the Network, Server and Storage infrastructure additionally providing governance, policies, procedures, standards and oversight to the systems integration and partners.
• Design, deploy and manage Network Solutions for the Corporate Enterprise and Data Centers.
• Analyzing the existing customer IT and proposing Network, Security and Unified Communication solutions, using best practices and latest technologies.
• Evaluate RFP document to create Technical Solution proposals which includes
• Technical write-up: BoQ, SoW, Network Implementation Plan, High level design and Low level design.
• Experienced with the configuration of routers, switches, firewalls (Palo Alto preferred, open to Cisco ASA), Cloud networking components
• Knowledge on design and architecture of LAN, MAN, WAN, SAN networks.
• Knowledge of routing protocols EIGRP, BGP, NAT, LACP, CDP, UDLD, VPC, DNS, DHCP
• Knowledge on troubleshooting networking issues OSI layers 1-7 across data, voice and video, storage networks
• Knowledge on network management platforms: Solarwinds, Cisco Prime Infrastructure, Collaboration and Assurance
• Ability to support mixed data, voice, and video networks
• Experience and knowledge on Cloud network infrastructure and security (AWS / Azure) a plus
• Capability of performing and completing tasks and projects independently
• Able to follow priorities set by management
• Able to follow directions and guidance from management
