Technical Sales Engineer
The Sales Engineer is a customer-oriented sales professional who provides high level technical design support and guidance to customers and prospects. The SE collaborates with Account Managers to recommend and develop appropriate solutions.
Important parts of the job are:
- Leading technical presentations to customers and prospects.
- Discovery of opportunities, engaging customers with your credible view of the business needs.
- Oversaw all product sales and client business development activities, including: new product rollouts, key account management, customer relationship development and order fulfillment.
- Prepare and present a Vision and Scope Statement suitable to the audience. Conduct the business analysis.
- Gather and analyze requirements and data.
- Engage with customers face-to-face.
